A 22-year-old Sallisaw woman has been arrested and is expected to be charged with trafficking in children, after it was revealed she allegedly tried to sell her 2-year-old and 10-month-old children for money to bond her boyfriend out of jail.

The investigation and case against Misty VanHorn was submitted to the district attorney’s office in Sallisaw on Thursday by Sallisaw police.
