The Sequoyah County Sheriff Department issued a narcotic’s search warrant on Oct. 16 on a home in Moffett and found a possible methamphetamine lab.
The search warrant was for Timothy Breedlove’s home but he was not home when the warrant was served.
A warrant for Breedlove, 46, was issued on Oct. 23 in Sequoyah County on charges of manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) unlawful possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with utilities.
The Sequoyah County deputies and investigators searched the home and discovered a powdery substance in front of a microwave on the kitchen counter top, on the kitchen table, in a jar on top of the microwave, inside a yellow funnel found in the bathroom, and in a plastic container found in a cabinet in the kitchen.
During the search, sheriff’s investigators reported finding chemicals and equipment commonly associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine. Investigators at the scene also reported finding substances appearing to be methamphetamine along with items of paraphernalia commonly associated with the distribution and use of controlled dangerous substances.
While investigators were at the home they noticed the electric lines going into the house from the electric pole had been tampered with. Investigators said the OG&E was contacted and a technician came out. The technician told investigators the electric to the house was being illegally tapped.
