The Quail Run Golf Course Clubhouse in Muldrow was broken into Oct. 4, and the Muldrow Police Department is offering a reward for the arrest and conviction of the burglar, Muldrow Police Sgt. Tim Keith said.
Keith said that at 9:30 p.m. Oct. 4, officers responded to a burglar alarm at the clubhouse. Officers found where someone made forcible entry and stole about $1,500.
Keith said that investigators believe the suspect or suspects were on foot and may have crossed the railroad tracks around the Muldrow Water Plant near NE 1st Street.
Keith said the burglary is still being investigated.
Keith said two other burglaries are being investigated by the Muldrow Police Department.
On Sept. 22 witnesses reported seeing a grey Pontiac Grand Am with two white males and one white female stop in front of a house on 506 Dogwood St. Keith said the two males entered the house and stole a desktop computer.
Keith said witnesses described the female as a young skinny girl with glasses and described one of the males as 6 foot 2 inches tall with white hair about 50 years old. The other white male was described as wearing a grey shirt and blue pants and about 35 years old.
The other burglary was reported at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 16. A homeowner returned home and found his 27-inch flat screen TV missing. Witnesses said a white male was loitering near 10th Street in the Gunter Ridge Addition. Police said the man was driving a dark green older model Jeep pickup.
