Two Gore teens injured in wreck

A one-vehicle accident on State Highway 10A, at 9:48 p.m. March 8 left two Gore juveniles injured and spared another.

Devon Lacore, 16, of Gore escaped injury after his 2005 Toyota Corolla ran off the road and struck an embankment.

Lacore was driving west on State Highway 10A, 14.3 miles north of Gore in Sequoyah County when he ran off the road and hit the embankment.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) Trooper Adam Wood said in the report a passenger, Alisha Daniels, 16, of Gore was transported by Muskogee Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to Sparks regional medical center in Fort Smith, Ark and was treated and released.

Another passenger, Megan Smith, 15, of Gore was transported by EMS to Sparks and was admitted in stable condition with leg injuries.
