Blue Ribbon Auto Group of Sallisaw will be sponsoring the Hole-In-One Challenge at the seventh annual Carl Albert State College (CASC) Scholarship Classic. The group will donate a vehicle to the first player who sinks a hole-in-one on the ninth hole during the tournament.

The tournament will be held May 2 at Shadow Creek Country Club in Sallisaw.

Four-man teams will compete for more than $2,000 in prizes including $1,350 in cash. The first place team will receive $600, while second place wins $450, and third place wins $300. There will be gifts and door prizes given away throughout the day. Prizes for the longest drive, longest putt and closest to the pin will also be awarded.

Other hole-in-one prizes will be awarded throughout the course.

Entries will be $50 per man and $200 per team. Price includes lunch, gift bag, cart, and green fees. There will be mulligans for sale at the registration.

Money raised from the event will be used to create scholarships. Sequoyah County students attending Carl Albert will receive 100 percent of the profits generated from the tournament.

Registration will begin at 9 a.m. There will be a shotgun start at 10 a.m. Lunch will be available at noon.

The coordinators for the tournament will help anyone without a team find partners.
