State Senator Plans Town Hall Meetings

State Sen. Kenneth Corn (D-Poteau) announced Tuesday that he will hold the following meetings throughout his district next week.

Corn said he holds town meetings to discuss with constituents the legislation that may come up during the legislative session, and to get the public's input on the bills.

The meetings are planned as followed:

*8 a.m. Feb. 1 - Roland Town Hall meeting at the Waylon Jones Complex.

*10 a.m. Feb. 1 - Muldrow Town Hall meeting in the Muldrow City Hall conference room.

*1:30 p.m. Feb. 1 - Sallisaw Town Hall meeting at the Sallisaw Civic Center.

*7:30 a.m. Feb. 2 - Poteau Town Hall meeting at the Poteau Chamber of Commerce boardroom.

*9:30 a.m. Feb. 2 - Heavener Town Hall meeting at Heavener City Hall.

*11:30 a.m. Feb. 2 - Wister Town Hall meeting at the Turnipseed Pavilion (Community Center).

*2 p.m. Feb. 2 - Bokoshe Town Hall meeting at Bokoshe School cafeteria and auditorium.

*3:30 p.m. Feb. 2 - Spiro Town Hall meeting at the Spiro Town Hall.

*5:30 p.m. Feb. 2 - Talihina Town Hall meeting Corral Restaurant.

*7:30 p.m. Feb. 2 - Honobia Town Hall meeting at the Honobia Community Center.
