Nicholas Dion Page, 25, and Robin and Amanda Huggins, ages unknown, are each wanted on one count of felony lewd molestation.
The charges stem from an incident in December when the child told Vian Assistant Police Chief Mack White that the three had allegedly molested her, according to the affidavit filed in district court.
The mother brought the child to the Vian Police Department to report the alleged incident. Vian police provided the child with a stuffed toy. She used the toy to describe what the suspects allegedly did to her, according to the police officer's affidavit.
The molestation allegedly occurred after the girl was visiting her grandfather's home and her grandfather allowed the girl to leave with Page.
The girl also gave a statement to Sallisaw Police Detective Sandra Girdner, who is also a member of the Sequoyah County Child Abuse Task Force.
On Jan. 28, Girdner interviewed the girl and the girl told Girdner that the three suspects allegedly said they would kill her if she told anyone what happened.
As of Thursday, the three had not been booked into the Sequoyah County Jail. The three suspects could face one to 20 years in prison if convicted of the felony count.
