Sequoyah County basketball teams had plenty of success this past season and that was reflected on the NOAA all-conference teams selected recently by league coaches.

Sixteen players players from county schools were named first team all-conference and three of them-Muldrow's Christy Neu and Caleb Cawhorn and Roland's Nick Mooney-received top honors as Players of the Year.

Cawhorn and Mooney, both senior guards, were Co-Players of the Year in the boys division while senior forward Neu shared the Girls Player of the Year honor with Stilwell's Lindsey Cloud.

Roland's Eddie Lewis was picked Boys Coach of the Year after guiding the Rangers to a 10-0 record in the NOAA and a 25-3 overall record.

Muldrow's Jana Armer and Roland's Bobby Walters were named Co-Coaches of the Year for the girls after leading their teams to a first-place tie atop the conference standings.
