Two Muldrow men were arrested for drugs during two separate drug investigations in Muldrow recently.

Muldrow Police Chief Tony Lewis said an ongoing undercover investigation into illegal distribution of marijuana at a home at South Park Mobile Home Park led to the Monday arrest of Scott Schielke, 27.

A search of the residence uncovered almost three pounds of marijuana, and several firearms, Lewis said.

Schielke was booked into the Muldrow City Jail on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Police also served a search warrant Tuesday after an ongoing undercover investigation uncovered an alleged clandestine methamphetamine lab at the home of Irvan A. Reese, 55, Lewis said.

Officers served the warrant at about 6:30 p.m. at Reese's home off of Will Morgan Road in Muldrow.

As a result of the search, Reese was arrested and officers found the alleged methamphetamine lab, several precursor chemicals, and several firearms.

Reese was booked into the Muldrow City Jail on charges of manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance, possession of precursor chemicals, and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

After an experiment that lasted several months, the editors at Your TIMES decided this week to end the practice of allowing anonymous comments on our website because most of the comments involve personal attacks and unfounded accusations. These comments do not add information to a story, or add any true insight. While we believe in the free exchange of ideas, it had become evident that was not what was happening in the comment section of our website. Readers can also become fans of Your TIMES on Facebook and may comment on our postings there. Readers are also encouraged to write letters to the editor to the newspaper about matters of public interest. The newspaper circulation is several times that of the web site, so readership is much higher. Letters must include a name and phone number so that we may contact the writer to verify authenticity of the letter. Letters are limited to 500 words and one letter per writer per month is accepted.
