A Eufaula man was recently sentenced to five years in prison, Sequoyah County District Attorney Jerry S. Moore announced Monday.
Robert Keitz was sentenced to the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections as a result of probation violations, including positive drug tests. Keitz had been on probation for drug charges.
Keitz will be required to complete the Regimented Inmate Discipline program while incarcerated.
"Probation is a privilege, not a right, and like all privileges it can be revoked," Kyle E. Waters, assistant district attorney, said.
