Playing on her home course at Quail Run, Webb fired an 89 to finish three strokes behind medalist Britny Pittman of Oktaha.
Webb, a defending state qualifier who was coming off a win at the Poteau tournament, shot a 44 on the first nine holes. She finished up with a 45 on the back nine while leading Muldrow to a second-place team finish at the tournament hosted by Roland.
The Lady Bulldogs used a 102 from Heather Honea, a 119 from Terra Earls and a 117 from Katelyn Sparkman to challenge Oktaha for the top spot with a team score of 427.
That was two strokes behind Oktaha, which won the title with a four-player score of 425 and had two of its girls finish in the top-10 overall. Keely Kincade's 94 was good for fourth individually.
Stilwell finished third, Poteau fourth and Roland fifth. Tamara Barnes carded a 96 to pace Roland while teammate Jennifer Riggs finished with a 99. The Lady Rangers also got a 130 from Kyla Barnes and a pair of 131s from Lauren Edwards and Kaeley Gordon.
Sallisaw didn't have enough players to compete as a team, but Shelby Stavely finished sixth individually with a 98. Kristin Sanders (117) and Sarah Phillips (139) also competed for the Lady Diamonds.
Among other Sequoyah Countians at the event, Vian's Casey Sanders amd Cynthia Werts shot a 102 and a 116, respectively, and Muldrow junior high golfer Mallory Matlock shot a 118.
The next tournament in the county will be played on Thursday at Shadow Creek, when Sallisaw hosts its annual Lady Diamond Invitational.
