ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION NOTICE
The Liberty Volunteer Firefighters Association will hold its ANNUAL MEETING on June 7, 2007 at 6:45 pm at the Fire Station Training Room. At this meeting, an election will be held for two positions on the Board of Directors. Each Fire Contract represents one vote, which must be voted in person by said contract holder. A candidate can file for only one of the director's positions, and must specify which position they desire.
Any one interested in filing for either director position must reside in the Liberty ISO area and must be a Fire Contract Holder as of midnight May 7, 2007, and complete the following requirements:
1. Submit a letter to The Liberty Volunteer Firefighters Association. PO Box 757, Roland Oklahoma 74954, postmarked no later than midnight May 25, 2007. Include you name, mailing address, telephone number, and your 911 physical address.
2. Specify either
position 2, held by Terry Nichols, or
position 3, formally held by Alma O'Neal
3. Be present at the election at 6:45pm on June 7, 2007.
The monthly Board of Directors Meeting will follow the Annual meeting, or begin at 7pm.
