Liberty Volunteer Firefighters Association

ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION NOTICE

The Liberty Volunteer Firefighters Association will hold its ANNUAL MEETING on June 1, 2006 at 6:45 pm at the Fire Station Training Room. At this meeting, an election will be held for one position on the Board of Directors. Each Fire Contract represents one vote, which must be voted in person by said contract holder.

Any one interested in filing for this director position must reside in the Liberty ISO area and must be a Fire Contract Holder as of midnight May 1, 2006, and complete the following requirements:

1. Submit a letter to The Liberty Volunteer Firefighters Association. PO Box 757, Roland Oklahoma 74954, postmarked no later than midnight May 21, 2006. Include you name, mailing address, telephone number, and your 911 physical address.

2. Be present at the election at 6:45 pm on June 1, 2006.

The monthly Board of Directors Meeting will follow the Annual meeting, or begin at 7 pm.
