Kay Sheen Smith and Cody Rodger Smith, both of Sallisaw, announce their engagement and approaching marriage on Sept. 25.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Rick and Brenda Smith of Sallisaw. She is a 2004 graduate of Sallisaw High School.

The prospective groom is the son of Rodger and Raylene Smith of Sallisaw. He is a 2003 graduate of Sallisaw High School.

The ceremony will be at 6 p.m. at the bride-elect parents' home in Sallisaw with the Rev. Jerry Green officiating.
