Funeral services for Darrel Randolph, 79, of Sallisaw, are being held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with Tommy Hawkins and Mike Tubbs officiating.
Burial is in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.
Mr. Randolph was born April 21, 1927, in Sallisaw, to James Henry Randolph and Beathous (Greenfield) Randolph. He died Wedesday, July 19, 2006, in Sallisaw.
Mr. Randolph retired from Sallisaw City Electrical Department. He was a retired firefighter after 25 years and a former Sequoyah County Sheriff Deputy. He was a Navy veteran and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Leisa King of Norman and Lynn King of Lubbock, Texas; one son, Rick Randolph of Sallisaw; two sisters, Nora Belle Eggleston of Oklahoma City and Patricia Stroh of El Paso, Texas; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Ross Randolph and one son at birth, Darrell, Jr.
Pallbearers are members of the Sallisaw Fire Department.
Honorary pallbearers are retired firefighters.
