ROLAND - The Muldrow Bulldogs came from behind to grab a 14-13 win over Roland on Friday night in a District 3A-4 contest at Ranger Stadium.

Chris Allen ran for two touchdowns, including a nine-yarder that pulled the Bulldogs within 13-12 with 9:27 left in the game. Allen ran in the two-point conversion to put Muldrow in front and the Bulldogs held on to defeat their archrivals for the second year in a row.

Muldrow improved to 3-3 overall and 2-1 in the district, while Roland dropped to 2-4 and 1-2.

However, it was Roland that drew first blood on Friday as Teven Thompson caught a pass from Drew Roberts and took it 76 yards for a touchdown on the Rangers' second possession of the game.

Muldrow pulled even on Allen's first TD run of the night. He crossed the goal-line on fourth-and-goal from the two late in the first quarter.

Roland regained the lead before halftime as Justin Lewis went 36 yards with a pass from Roberts and Travon Hudson kicked the extra point to make it 13-6.
