Dear Editor:

I have been attending Black Diamond football games for the last 12 years. The current announcer is really a treat! He gets the crowd into the game; his "another Black Diamond first down" has really got the crowd stirred up.

He not only tells the crowd who makes the play for the Diamonds, he also tells who the opponent player is by name and number. He always makes reference to the Black Diamond student section and the band.

It is nice to see the crowd making some noise due to the announcer.

Keep up the good work, Joe!
