Larry Dickerson Golf Tourney Is Monday

The annual Larry Dickerson Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, Nov. 7, at Shadow Creek Country Club in Sallisaw.

The tournament will begin with registration at 8:30 a.m. and will tee off at 9:30 a.m.

This will be a four-person scramble with lunch and prizes to be awarded. The tournament is held annually in different cities in the area including Poteau, Muldrow and Sallisaw.

"Several members of the state senate that Larry served with will be attending, including Senator Mike Morgan,, President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate," said Senator Kenneth Corn. "Larry was a good friend to the people of this area and it gives us an opportunity to remember Larry and his accomplishments for the district," said Corn.
