Broken Bow scored twice in the final two minutes to grab a 28-14 halftime and the Black Diamonds could not get any closer than seven points the rest of the way.

Shomo, who accounted for 203 yards of total offense, put Broken Bow up 7-0 with a 17-yard touchdown run on the Savages' opening drive of the night.
It took just two plays for Sallisaw to even the score. Bubba Philpot bounced off tacklers at the line of scrimmage and raced 81 yards for the touchdown. Carlos Nieto's point-after kick made it 7-7 with 7:03 left in the first period.
The Diamonds took their only lead of the game early in the second period with a five-play, 56-yard drive. Philpot had a 16-yard gain and quarterback Jacob Bartel twice connected with tight end Randy Tonch
