Three arrested during drug raid

As a result of an investigation into the manufacture of methamphetamine, three Sequoyah County residents were arrested.

Harvey Joe Robinson and Lisa Carrol Bibby, both of Muldrow, and Darrell Wayne Stevenson of Sallisaw were arrested on various drug and firearm-related charges Wednesday.

The Sequoyah County Sheriff’s deputies teamed up with District 27 Drug Task Force agents to execute a search warrant a residence located north of Muldrow.

During the search process, sheriff deputies reported finding chemicals and equipment commonly associated with the shake and bake method of manufacturing methamphetamine.

Deputies also reported finding substances appearing to be methamphetamine along with items of paraphernalia commonly associated with the distribution and use of controlled dangerous substances. In addition, a sawed-off shotgun was found during the search process.

Robinson, 56, was booked into the Sequoyah County Jail on three counts of manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, felon in possession of a firearm, maintaining a residence where controlled dangerous substances are kept, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is currently being held without bond.

Bibby, 44, was booked into the Sequoyah County Jail on three counts of manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, felon in possession of a firearm, maintaining a residence where controlled dangerous substances are kept, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is currently being held without bond.

Stevenson, 41, was booked into the Sequoyah County Jail on three counts of manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, felon in possession of a firearm, maintaining a residence where controlled dangerous substances are kept, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is currently being held without bond.

Sheriff Lockhart said, “Our agency will continue to aggressively pursue those individuals who are manufacturing methamphetamine within Sequoyah County.”
