Gans FFA members compete in quiz contest

The Gans FFA Chapter had members compete in three contests in the Sequoyah County Leadership Development Event on Oct. 10 at Sallisaw High School.

Taylor Barger, Makinzie Kimble and Remington Hughes competed in the Greenhand Quiz contest. This tests ninth-grade students’ knowledge of parliamentary procedure, as well as the history of the FFA Organization.

Barger won first place, Kimble finished in second place and Hughes placed third.
