SALLISAW TOPS

Focus on nutrition

By Billie Anthony

Today was a very stormy day, but we had 12 members show up for TOPS. We began the meeting with our TOPS Pledge. Willene had the best weight loss of 3.2 pounds for the week. Way to go, Willene! We had a chapter loss of 8.1 pounds! Great job ladies! Brenda M.’s name was drawn for the Two Bit Bowl, she won a total of $10. We started the Lucky Lotto game. The blocks are already being filled in with the ladies who lost weight. Our Surprise box was won by Willene. The Ladder Contest was won by Machelle for reaching the top rung. Machelle also received a silver charm bracelet and her first 10 pound charm! Great job Machelle! The chapter challenge for this week is to contact a TOPS friend this coming week. Everyone have a great week and enjoy the nice weather.
