Remember, first visit is free

This past Monday our membership attendance was 15. Two of our members were sick. I had the best weight loss this week with 2.7 pounds gone. I barely beat out Machell by .1 pounds. We had a chapter net loss of 2.1 pounds. Great job Ladies!! The Surprise Box was won by Jerry, she found a pretty Flamingo pin. The Ladder contest has Lynda on the second rung, so if she loses some weight next week, she will win the contest and receive ten dollars. Jerry’s name was drawn for the Two Bit Bowl and she won the money that was in the bowl for two weeks collection. You are a lucky lady today, Jerry! Our Chapter Challenge for this week is to eat veggies four times this week.
