During the week of July 8-14, 2024, Sequoyah County law enforcement tended to 20 animal calls, 126 traffic stops, along with numerous medical and domestic calls according to police reports.

Following is a list of incidents included from last week’s reports:

07/08/2024

11:09 A.M. – Complaint- In the vicinity of S. 4530 Rd- RP stated that he had loaned his car to a friend over a month ago and the person has not returned it. Shane Petree responded.

1:20 P.M. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of E. 1080 Rd- RP reported that someone had stolen his firearm from his vehicle while the vehicle was being serviced.

4:00 P.M. – Harassment- In the vicinity of E. Choctaw- RP reported that someone was parked access from his house and the driver appeared to have been watching him. Holly Dominguez responded.

4:40 P.M. – Harassment- Unknown Location- RP advised that his ex was making posts about him on social media. Brian Stone responded.

7:41 P.M. – Speak with Deputy- In the vicinity of S. 4539 Rd- RP requested a deputy to escort him to a family member’s house to obtain his belongings. Garrett Fargo responded.

07/09/2024

5:16 A.M. – Stolen Vehicle- In the vicinity of N. Hwy. 59- RP called to report that a late family member’s Nissan Rogue SUV was stolen. CJ McGee responded.

10:20 A.M. – Speak with Deputy In the vicinity of S. KCS Rd- RP called to request a deputy to escort him to his ex’s house to obtain his belongings. Brian Stone responded.

11:43 A.M. – Threats- In the vicinity of E. 1080 Rd- RP stated that he has been talking to a woman online and she has now asked for money and threatening to post nude photographs of him online if he does not comply. CJ McGee responded.

07/10/2024

7:28 A.M. – Complaint- In the vicinity of W. Mayfield- RP reported that someone had been inside his vehicle overnight, but that he was unsure if anything was taken. Caleb Taylor responded.

7:32 A.M. – Complaint- In the vicinity of Main St- RP advised that someone had been inside his car and ransacked it during the night. Caleb Taylor responded.

10:48 A.M. – Stolen Property- Marval Resort- RP wanted to make a report about a family hanging around his cabin acting suspicious. He believed that these people may have stolen some items from his cabin. Randy Taylor responded.

10:48 A.M. – Stolen Property- Unknown Location in Muldrow- RP asked a deputy to escort her to a family member’s house to obtain some property. Hunter Hutchinson responded.

10:50 A.M. – Speak with Deputy- In the vicinity of S. 4484 Rd- RP requested information regarding her neighbors signing for her FedEx and UPS deliveries, and keeping the packages. Garrett Fargo responded.

12:00 P.M. – Altercation- In the vicinity of E. 968 Rd- RP advised that two family members were on his property fighting. Hunter Hutchinson responded.

12:04 P.M. – Suspicious Person Unknown Location- RP reported that she saw someone on a gokart on the Little League Baseball field trying to break into the concession stand. Caleb Taylor responded.

5:56 P.M. – Trespassing- In the vicinity of Steve Owens Rd- RP advised that someone who was trespassed from his property was now on the property with his pickup truck. Mark Choate responded.

7:37 P.M. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of W. Hunter- RP reported her lawn mower missing.

9:43 P.M. – Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of Hwy. 101- RP called to report that they had seen a person walking down the road yelling. Allen Ramey responded.

12:14 A.M. – Complaint- In the vicinity of E. 1093 Rd- RP advised that his neighbor’s house lights are blinding him as he drives on the road. Allen Ramey responded.

11:41 A.M. – Speak with Deputy Unknown Location- RP called to report property damage done to his fence. Mark Choate responded.

10:00 P.M. – Complaint- In the vicinity of Hwy. 101- RP stated that he heard five gunshots, and that there had recently been an altercation between him and the neighbor. Allen Ramey responded.

12:04 A.M. – Disturbance- Wilson Rock- RP called to report that there had been a fight between two people at the Piggly Wiggly. Duwaine Chase responded.

1:06 A.M. – Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of S. 4466 Rd- RP advised that there was a silver pickup parked in her driveway with no one in it. Mark Choate responded.

7:16 A.M. – Information- Unknown Location in Gore- RP called to inquire what time he could start mowing, so as not to violate the noise ordinance. Joleen McLaughlin responded.

9:48 A.M. – Speak with Deputy- Unknown Location- RP requested to speak to a deputy regarding obtaining hydrochloric acid to protect his family from COVID-19. Joleen McLaughlin responded.

11:05 A.M. – Vandalism- In the vicinity of S. 4660 Rd- RP called to report vandalism at his residence and missing property. Shane Petree responded.

11:46 A.M. – Threats- In the vicinity of S. Hwy. 59- RP advised that someone keeps calling and threatening them with violence. Garrett Fargo responded.

2:49 P.M. – Disturbance- Gardenwalk- RP advised that her downstairs neighbor was yelling at her children through the ceiling. Mark Harkins responded.

5:30 P.M. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of S. 4686 Rd- SP advised that he found mail scattered on the road. Garrett Fargo responded.

7:10 P.M. – Vandalism- In the vicinity of S. 4610 Rd- RP reported each time she leaves the house, someone vandalizes her home. Garrett Fargo responded.

9:22 P.M. – Breaking and Entering- In the vicinity of S. Bushyhead- RP reported that someone broke into her car and stole her purse, but left it on the road near her home with everything intact. Joseph Herrera responded.

9:33 P.M. – Breaking and Entering In the vicinity of S. 4720 Rd- RP called to report that there was a white SUV at her late neighbor’s house. Duwaine Chase responded.

11:15 P.M. – Information- Wilson Rock- RP called to report that he was attending a party at someone’s house, and someone was mugged at gunpoint. The RP also advised that the party had moved to Wilson Rock. Duwaine Chase responded.

07/13/2024

12:36 A.M. – Harassing Phone Calls- In the vicinity of S. 4760 Rd- RP advised that a family member has been harassing her using another family member’s cell phone. Jeff Neighbors and CJ McGee responded.

12:40 A.M. – Disturbance- In the vicinity of Steve Owens Rd- RP reported that she was unable to leave her house because her landlord and the property maintenance person were arguing outside her door. Brett Visor responded.

2:04 A.M. – Robbery- Walnut Inn RP called to report that he was at a party at the Walnut Inn and someone had been robbed. Duwaine Chase responded.

9:39 A.M. – Stolen Vehicle- Muldrow Dam – RP reported that his truck was left at the dam and that it was stolen. CJ McGee responded.

2:41 P.M. – Drugs- In the vicinity of E. Schelly- RP reported that she and two other women had found a bottle of pills in the parking lot. Robert Johnson responded.

9:34 P.M. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of Hwy. 82- RP stated that he was visiting the area and upon returning to his hotel room, his firearms had been stolen. Jeff Neighbors responded.

9:56 P.M. – Harassment- In the vicinity of Hwy. 101- RP reported that her neighbor has continued to shine a spotlight into her windows and is possibly moving her items around outside. Duwaine Chase responded.

11:12 P.M. – Information- Muldrow Dam – RP advised that there were minors drinking at the dam. Duwaine Chase responded.

11:16 P.M. – Extra Patrol Request-In the vicinity of E. 1005 Rd- RP called to report that his expartner might try to return to his house, and that he wanted an officer to trespass her should she show up. Jeff Neighbors responded.

07/14/2024

8:14 A.M. – Stolen Vehicle- Unknown Location in Gore- RP advised that a deceased relative had left her truck to him, and that it had been stolen and vandalized. Shane Petree and Billy Ellis responded.

8:15 A.M. – Harassment- In the vicinity of S. 4760 Rd- RP reported that a family member has been going to his house to start fights, and sometimes refuses to let the RP leave. CJ McGee responded.

12:15 P.M. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of Hwy. 82- RP stated that his pistol was stolen from his Airbnb. Justin Deuley responded.

5:04 P.M. – Breaking and Entering In the vicinity of E. 988 Rd- RP reported that upon returning home from work, she noticed a window was open in her house and property was missing. Jeff Neighbors responded.

8:02 P.M. – Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of E. 1100 Rd- RP advised that a man came to her door and claimed to be from the Federal Housing Authority, and then left. Jeff Neighbors and Justin Deuley responded.

9:22 P.M. – Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of E. 1112 Loop- RP advised that an unknown vehicle was in his driveway blocking his exit from his home. Jeff Neighbors responded.

9:26 P.M. – Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of E. 1056 Rd- RP reported seeing a pickup truck driving slowly in the neighborhood. Jeff Neighbors responded.

11:05 P.M. – Other- In the vicinity of S. 4821 Rd- RP called to report that someone cut the lock off their gate last night, but that nothing seemed to be missing. Duwaine Chase responded.
