Sallisaw man fails to register as sex offender

Sallisaw Police officer Evert Jasna reported on June 29 that Officer Dale Chew had been attempting to serve Albertson with a stalking warning letter when he was told Albertson was in the emergency room at NHS Sequoyah Hospital in Sallisaw. Albertson had reportedly left against medical advice, taking an alternate exit out of the hospital in an alleged attempt to evade law enforcement, according to the probable cause affidavit filed in the case.
