Philly steak fajitas
2 Tbsps. butter 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced 1 medium onion, sliced Philly steak meat Fajita seasoning as desired Fajita size tortillas Cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes and other fajita toppings as desired In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add pepper and onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add steak meat and until heated through. Place tortillas on plate and assemble fajitas as desired. I placed onions and peppers first and topped with meat. Then, added sour cream, cheese, tomatoes and avocados.
