EUFAULA: Aug. 16. Elevation is a foot below normal and rising. The water temperature is 87 degrees and murky. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, lipless baits and plastic baits around channels, docks, main lake and points. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, live bait, live shad and shad around channels, discharge, river channel, river mouth and tailwater. Striped bass, striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on crankbaits, flukes, jigs, lipless baits and live bait around discharge, flats and tailwater.
