SALLISAW TOPS

Light up the holidays

By Billie Anthony

We had 12 in attendance this past Monday. We had a net loss of 3.8 pounds this week. Brenda had the best weight loss with 2.65 pounds gone! Good job, Brenda! We celebrated with six members by giving out certificates of weight loss and bracelet charms to each. Donna received two certificates and charms for 10 pounds lost and also 5 percent of her weight loss; Lynda had a 10 pound loss and 10 percent weight loss; Brenda had a 10 pound loss and 5 percent weight loss; Machell had a 10 pound weight loss and 10 percent weight loss; Neve had 10 pound weight loss and 5 percent weight loss and I had 10 pound weight loss. The Ladder Contest is still in progress with Lynda and Annette tied by being at the second rung. We have one more rung to win this contest. Good luck Ladies! We have a new surprise box and had five stickers added to the box this week. Our chapter challenge for this coming week is to “call a TOPS member to check on them”. Shirley was out with covid, so I took care of the new contest titled ‘Roll the Dice’. As of Monday, Lynda is a head with 51 points. The winner will receive $25.
