Dec. 5

Vian Christmas Parade

Vian Lions Club 46th annual Christmas Parade of Lights, “A Grinch Christmas,” through downtown beginning at 6 p.m. Food trucks are invited to set up.

 

Dec. 6

Entry forms due

Entries are due to the Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce at noon for the Christmas parade, and storefront and Deck the Yard decorating contests.

 

Dec. 7

Christmas Farmers & Craft Market

There’s something for everyone at this annual yuletide extravaganza 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Sequoyah County Fairgrounds.

 

Dec. 12

Downtown in December

Carriage rides, pony rides, petting zoo and visits with Santa in downtown Vian beginning at 6 p.m.

Dec. 14

Webbers Falls Historic Downtown Christmas

There’s something for everyone with music, raffle, food, drinks and, of course, Santa.

Webbers Falls Christmas Parade

Parade through downtown Webbers Falls beginning at 10 a.m.

Dec. 14

Gore Christmas Parade

Parade through downtown Gore beginning at 11 a.m.

Dec. 14

Roland Christmas Parade

Parade through downtown Roland beginning at noon.

Dec. 14

Marble City Christmas Parade

Parade in Marble City begins at 2 p.m. High school marching bands from Sequoyah and Stilwell will perform. Hot chocolate and cookies served at Citizens State Bank, and Santa Claus photos with the kids from 1:15 to 1:45 p.m.

Dec. 14

Muldrow Christmas Parade

Parade through Muldrow beginning at 5:30 p.m. The parade theme is “Toyland,” and Kay Ross is the grand marshal. Float applications are available at Armstrong Bank, City Hall, Muldrow First Assembly Church and Muldrow Public Library.

Dec. 14

Sallisaw Christmas Parade

The annual spectacle around which the entire holiday calendar revolves. Parade steps off at 6:30 p.m. through downtown Sallisaw.

Dec. 17

Sensitive Santa

Pervasive Parenting Center hosts this special event for families coping with Autism and other disabilities. By appointment only. Call 918-647-1255 or email TYarbery@PervasiveParentingCenter.org.

Dec. 20

Elflandia

Gore Elementary School hosts its production of “Elflandia” at 6:30 p.m. at the Gore Event Center.
