Healthy eating plans

By Billie Anthony

We almost had a full house again this week with 16 members attending the meeting. Neve had the best weight loss of 2.2 pounds gone. Way to go, Neve! Keep up the good work. Willene’ name was drawn from the Two Bit Bowl, but she had a slight gain, so the Two Bit contest will continue for next week. We celebrated another week with Brenda H receiving the November best weight loss of 8.4 pounds certificate, charm and a special Happy Airplane pin. Good job, Brenda. Keep up the good work. We started the Lucky Lotto Contest, six members already have their names on the chart. Our surprise box had six stickers added to the box this week. Our chapter challenge for this coming week is to “Fix one new low calorie meal”. Our Roll the Dice contest has Lynda and Billie tied. Next week will be the end of the dice contest.
