Roland stays undefeated, beats Muldrow

The Roland Runnin’ Rangers maintained their perfect season with a 71-60 NOAA Conference home victory over archrival Muldrow on Tuesday night at the Ranger Dome.

The Runnin’ Rangers (7-0 overall, 2-0 in conference play) jumped out to a 25-14 lead after a quarter, a 35-26 advantage at halftime and a 54-44 lead going into the fourth quarter.

For the game, Damonte Owens scored a game-high 29 points to lead Roland, followed by Buck Triplett with 19 points, Kayden Hartt with nine points, Raesean Perryman with eight points and Kade Shook and Landon Fowler with three points apiece.

In defeat, Teaguen Collins scored 26 points to lead the Bulldogs (3-4, 1-2), followed by Jesse Kilinc with 13 points, Parker Sevenstar with six points, D.J. Massey and Jaxson Anstine with five points each, DeShawn Willson with three points and Tyson Williams with two points.

CENTRAL 74, GANS 11

Tuesday night at Central, the Tigers (42) put away the game with a 36-1 opening period en route to a 49-5 halftime advantage and a 60-5 third-quarter lead as Central blanked Gans 11-0 in the third quarter.

For the game, Noah Buzzard scored a game-high 13 points to lead Central, followed by Nathan Vann and Josh Brunk with eight points each, Aiden Cawhorn with seven points, Gavin Randolph with six points, O’Dell Parker and Hardy Buzzard each with five points, Kyle Reed with four points, Kiefer Bailey and Cole Holcomb with three points each and Braxin Goodson, Jake Woods, Brycen Chandler-Eisman, Aidan Sainer, Cale Stewart and Kage Poindexter with two points apiece.

In defeat, Bryce Stevens, Lucas Flute, Preston Bennett, TaeShawn Achan and Jarrett Frazier-Barret led the Grizzlies (0-6) with two points each, while Jasper Green hit a free throw.

GORE 85, ARKOMA 23

Tuesday night at Gore Event Center, the Pirates (3-2 overall, 2-0 in Riverside Conference play) put away the game early, jumping to a 20-3 lead after a period and never looking back.

For the game, Tate Brooksher scored a game-high 23 points and Eli Munson added 20 points to lead Gore, followed by Cain Cooper with 14 points, Duane Hunt with eight points, Keeton Rowe with seven points, Benson Hunt with six points, Ayden Cox, Nash Thouvenel and Logan Markou with two points each and Cruz Ward with a free throw.

BRAGGS 89, WEBBERS FALLS 42

Tuesday night at Webbers Falls Event Center, the Wildcats (11-0) jumped out to a 31-9 lead after a quarter and never looked back.

Sam Hensley scored a game-high 26 points, with 24 of his points coming on eight first-half 3-point baskets, for Braggs.

In defeat, Thadan Yandell scored 10 points to lead the Warriors (4-3), followed by Luke Pierce with nine points, Chevy Cole with eight points, Eli Hefflin with five points, Brutus Robinson and Trysten Wilbourn with four points each and Elliott Kunkel with two points.

HOWE 66, VIAN 35

Tuesday night at Howe, the Lions (4-5 overall, 1-0 in Big 8 Conference play) jumped out to a 20-4 lead and were never headed.

In defeat, Cash Trammel led the Wolverines (2-2, 0-1) with 10 points, followed by Jacob Brannick with six points, Masyn Wright, Trace Sanders and Michael Polecat with four points each, Ethan Pollock with three points and Cash Collins and Caden Brannick with two points apiece.
