Cowboys beat K-State for first Big 12 win of season

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State blew open a tight contest with a 15-0 run to end the first half, as the Cowboys earned their first Big 12 win of the season with a 79-66 win over Kansas State on Tuesday night before 5,540 fans at Gallagher-Iba Arena.
