Monday we had 12 in attendance. We had a loss of 7.5 pounds with 3.3 gained, giving us a net loss of 4.2 pounds. Great job, members! Brenda H had the biggest weight loss of 3 pounds. Keep up the good work Brenda. You are doing great! We had three members sign on the Lucky Lotto sheet and 3 stickers being added to the Surprise Box. Our group makes a good choir when we sang Happy Birthday to Virginia. Our chapter challenge for this coming week is to keep our carb intake to 100 grams or less for each day.
