Looking forward to chapter ‘Fun Day’

TOPS 0737 Sallisaw had another great meeting. We had 16 in attendance. Cindy had our biggest weight loss of 2.8 pounds. Weigh to go, Cindy! Brenda M won the Two Bit Bowl quarters by being in lee way as a KOPS. She won $6.50. Keep up the great work of controlling your weight and eating healthy. Our Lucky Lotto and Surprise Box are going well. The Lucky Lotto contest and Surprise Box requires a member to have lost weight. Our Chapter Challenge for this week is to Chair Exercise at least four times this week. If you have not tried chair exercise, you can find them on You Tube. It is fun with sweet music to dance to.
