Revised animal ordinance nears completion

Anyone in Sequoyah County would undoubtedly be hard pressed to name a better animal advocate than Dr. Paula Haraway.

So the city and animal lovers alike are surely fortunate that Haraway is part of the committee that has “been tasked with rewriting the animal ordinance, and we’ve been working on this for a while,” the veterinarian told city commissioners in her update to them on June 9.
