Hunters advised to keep eyes open for snakes

Temperatures have remained warm this fall, meaning many snakes may still be active as hunters and other outdoor enthusiasts take to the field. The Oklahoma D e p a r t m e n t of Wildlife C o n s e r v a t i o n (OWDC) cautions that the chances of an encounter rise with increasing time spent in snake habitat.
