Encouraging others on weight-loss journey

Monday, we had 15 TOPS members to weigh in. This week Brenda H had our best weight loss with a 4.1 pounds. Weigh to go, Brenda! Keep up the good work. The two-bit bowl will wait until next week to be won. The Lucky Lotto Contest was won last week by Virginia with $70 to go Christmas shopping. We started the contest again on Monday. Our Ladder contest has Barbara, Cindy, Shirley, Karen and Brenda M on the fourth rung to be tied for the lead. Annette brought a new Surprise Box. The Chapter Challenge this coming week is to encourage another member in their weight loss journey. We had a new couple, Jim and Sue, join or chapter last week.
