Our bodies whisper to us

By Billie Anthony

Monday, we had 14 TOPS members weigh in. Chapter net loss of .8 pounds was encouraging with Christmas celebrations this past week. This week Cindy had our best weight loss with a 4.1 pounds. Weigh to go, Cindy! Keep up the good work. Cindy was our lucky lady for this week, her name was drawn from the Two Bit Bowl with a grand total of $19. There are 17 more blocks to sign for the Lucky Lotto. Cindy and Sue are tied for the Ladder Contest. The Surprise Box has 20 more places to put a stamp. Our chapter challenge is to eat purple veggies and fruit. We all are looking forwards to the new year and goals of good weight losses.
