Tulsa women suffer road loss to East Carolina

GREENVILLE, N.C. — The Tulsa women’s basketball team fell 79-48 to East Carolina on the Pirates’ home court Tuesday night. It’s the first American Conference loss for the Golden Hurricane this season after starting 3-0.

The first quarter opened with the Golden Hurricane (11-5 overall, 3-1 in American Athletic Conference play) struggling to find the basket, as they missed several early lay-up attempts.
