BodyWorks Spa donates to Webbers Falls School

BodyWorks Spa & Salon donated almost $1,300 in products and services for a fundraiser to raise money for Webbers Falls School recovering from devastating flooding last year. Customers made donations for the chance to win those donated products and services. The goal was finally met last month and a check for $1,000 was presented to Webbers Falls Superintendent, Dixie Swearingen. Presenting the check on behalf of BodyWorks Spa is Joanna Qualls. We would like to thank everyone that participated in our fundraiser to help the Webbers Falls community in need.

WOW, TOPS 0737 Sallisaw, you did a great job on weight loss this past week! Billie began our meeting with a few exercises and then the TOPS Pledge. We had 12 members in attendance with a chapter net loss. Joann C. is back on the right path with 3.4 pounds lost and she is looking forwards to being an example for her chapter friends.

Think on these things

Think on these things

When we talk to someone, we need to listen, as well. How many times we have seemed to listen, but none of what we heard was retained. This is particularly true of names-we meet those we want to know but we cannot recall their names.
