Since the office reopened Monday, lines with some people remaining in their cars, have reached to the end of the parking lot one person said, “and you can’t get through to call them.” Another person who had been waiting over 30 minutes to get a tag said there is a 25 cent penalty daily if the tag is expired after 30 days and the offices have been officially closed since the beginning of the pandemic.
