Kathy Elaine Thomas Black, 57, of Sallisaw, died on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, in Stilwell. She was born on Dec. 11, 1964, in Sallisaw to J.B. Black and Lorene (New) Thomas.

No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, David of the home; one son, Brandon Adams of Shawnee; one daughter, Jennifer Thomas of Shawnee; one sister, Leann Adams of Shawnee; several grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Troy Thomas.
