CNB sponsors Job Fair in Roland

Cherokee Nation Business Site Superintendent Lee Roy Smith, left, and District 6 Councilman Daryl Legg, visit with James Johnson, owner of Firehawk Performance of Lake Tenkiller, a pre-engineered steel buildings company, during Wednesday‚s Construction Event held at the Cherokee Casino & Hotel in Roland. Various departmental trades representatives and staff gave TERO Certified business owners and potential employees the opportunity to submit applications and answer any questions about employment or contracts. Legg said the construction event is being held throughout all 14 counties of the Cherokee Nation due to the amount of construction projects the tribe has in the works.
