Viola Mae Sutton
Funeral services for Viola Mae Sutton, 75, of Muldrow, were held Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022, at the Akins Cemetery Pavilion with Pastor Shawn Money officiating under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Services. Mrs. Sutton was born on Sept. 19, 1946, in Sallisaw to Annie Moore (Roberts) and Gregory Moore. She died on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2022.
She was a homemaker. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, listening to music and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Survivors include her children, Dena and Jason Billington of Alma, Ark., and Chad and Jennifer Sutton of Muldrow; siblings, Wyota “Sis” Maxwell of Arkoma, Dean and Sam Moore of Sallisaw, Elaine and Jackie Wheeler of Muldrow and Randy and Heather Moore of Muldrow; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Doug Sutton; and sister, Freda Osborn.
Pallbearers were Landon Sutton, Reid Sutton, Robert Don Maxwell, Stacy Farney, Roger McAlister and Michael Sharp.
