Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Spencer Schmille #353 of the Sequoyah County Detachment of Troop C reported Isaac Dubina, 21, was driving a 2000 Dodge Durango west on Drake Road when he reportedly departed the roadway to the right and struck an embankment. The vehicle rolled about one complete time before coming to a rest back on its wheels.

Dubina was transported by Pafford EMS to Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Ark. where he was admitted in stable condition with trunk and internal injuries.

Dubina’s passenger, Rocky Cripps, 28, of Sallisaw, was flown by Mercy Life Flight to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa where he was treated and released in stable condition, with no injuries.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
