Sequoyah County Sheriff‚s deputy Jason Stone reported he was dispatched to the Sheriff‚s Office on April 11 to take a report from a reporting party.
The reporting party said Kruger allegedly entered his residence with another unknown male and when asked what was going on, the unknown male allegedly pointed a semi automatic pistol at the reporting party. When the unknown male told the reporting party to lay on the ground and put his hands behind his back, the reporting party claimed that‚s when Kruger kicked him in the mouth and told the reporting party to give him everything in his pockets, according to the probable cause affidavit.
The reporting party said his Motorola G8 phone valued at $800 was taken, along with his vehicle keys and some marijuana. The reporting party said the two tried to steal his vehicle but got stuck in the yard. He said they then took a 1500 watt amp valued at $900 and 12‚ speaker worth $450 before leaving the residence. The reporting party told law enforcement he believed the two men left in a black Toyota.
