Vian Christmas Parade is Dec. 1
The Vian Lions Club 44th annual Christmas Parade of Lights will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1. Line-up for the parade begins at 5:30 p.m. at Vian Baptist Church, followed by judging at 5:45 p.m.

This year’s theme is “Christmas Movies” and Grand Marshals are Raymond and Ruby Pigeon.
Grand prize float winner will receive $100, category winners $50, honorable mention $50, and in the school club category, first will receive $100, second $75 and third, $50.
Categories include: Float pulled by motorized vehicle, car/truck, 4-wheeler/ATV, animal (with or without cart), motorcycle/bicycle, Color Guard, band, school club, and honorable mention/ judges discretion. Parade forms can be picked up at Town Hall.
