Franklin Jay Zimmerman

Private 1st Class Richard Oliver Taylor served in the Army and received his basic training at Fort Leonard Wood. He received an honorable discharge.

Private 1st Class Richard Oliver Taylor served in the Army and received his basic training at Fort Leonard Wood. He received an honorable discharge.

As a young man he participated in rodeos. He won several events in Bareback Bronc Riding and Bulldogging. Richard was a life-long horseman and rancher.

Taylor is the son of Clifton Breckenridge Taylor and Auda Mattox.

Specialist 4th Class, E-4 Franklin Jay Zimmerman served in the Army as a Military Policeman and in the Criminal Investigation Division.

He served in Granada, and as a member of the Honor Guard at the installation of Ronald Reagan as President of the United States.

His term of service was from March 1984 to February 1987.

Zimmerman is the son of Frank and Margie (Stewart) Zimmerman.

Clifford Sterling Thoe proudly served in the United States Army in France. He married Euphemia Taylor and they have a son, Terrance Scott Thoe, who is currently serving in the United States Air Force.

Airman 1st Class Johnny D. Sanders served in the Air Force. After his basic training in Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, he was assigned to Corry Field, Fla.

During the six weeks at Lackland Air Force Base he studied the Air Force mission, organization and customs and received special training in human relations. He also received specialized training in the intelligence field at Corry Field.
