Harvey Franklin Kolp served in the U.S. Army from January 1925 until January 1928 and in the U.S. Marine Corps from February 1929 until January 1933. Harvey married Elvira Lindquist on July 16, 1933 in Tracy Minnesota. Harvey and Elvira were the proud parents of 7 children; Shirley, Charles, Ruth, John, George, Kathy, and Barbara. He passed away in October in Grand Rapids Minnesota.
