Vian Schools to host 22nd annual Veterans Program

Vian Public Schools will host a Veterans Day breakfast and program on Friday, Nov.

11 and all veterans are invited to attend.

Vian’s Future Farmers of America (FFA) members, under the direction of Trent and Charlotte Trotter, will prepare and serve breakfast beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Vian High School Library.

The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the cafetorium, presented by members of Vian’s Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), under the direction of Carol Schupert and Vian Choir, under the direction of Christina Herriman.

It is a special occasion to thank the men and women that have served our country faithfully in times of peace and war. Veterans are asked as they enter the cafetorium to fill out an information card so their service can be personally recognized during the program, based on the info they provided.
